I'm a child of God, Bible study writer and teacher, truth seeker, faithartist, and the creator behind Faithart Design Studio.
For more than 20 years, creativity has been part of my life—but over time, God has shown me that the greatest purpose of Faithart isn't simply creating something beautiful. It's using creativity as a tool to slow down, spend time in His Word, remember His truth, and grow deeper in our walk with Him.
Today, my heart is to equip women to stand firm on God's Truth in a world of shifting ideas—and to discover meaningful ways to make His Word part of their everyday lives.
A Creative Journey That Became a Search for Truth
Creativity has always been part of who I am. For more than two decades, I've designed, created, taught, and found joy in making things with my hands. Eventually, that creativity found its way into my faith through Bible journaling, faithart, and junk journals.
But God was doing something deeper.
As a former feminist and lifelong truth seeker, I've had to examine many of the ideas I once accepted and hold them up against the truth of Scripture. Again and again, God has brought me back to His Word—not culture, not popular opinion, and not my own feelings—as the foundation for what is true.
That journey began reshaping Faithart Design Studio too.
What started largely as a place to inspire faith-filled creativity has grown into a ministry centered on helping women know God's Word, recognize the difference between biblical truth and the messages surrounding us, and live with greater confidence in what God has said.
Creativity is still very much a part of Faithart. But now I see it differently.
The art isn't the destination. God's Word is.
Creativity simply gives us another beautiful way to slow down, meditate on Scripture, remember God's faithfulness, and respond to what He is teaching us.
