Whether you are crafting for your personal quiet time, creating one-of-a-kind handmade journals to sell, or leading a small group through God’s Word, we want you to feel 100% confident using our digital kits.

Because my studio offers both “art-based collections” and “written devotional studies” (including my 27+ Faith Windows and 12+ Bible Study kits), different parts of our kits carry different licensing terms.

Giving Credit to Faithart Design Studio

When selling a handmade junk journal created with Faithart Design Studio kits, I appreciate your acknowledgment of the ministry behind the resources. You may include:

“Created using digital resources from Faithart Design Studio — equipping women to stand firm on God’s Truth through faith-filled creativity.”

Below, you’ll find a simple guide to how our digital files may and may not be used.

1. Personal Use License (Standard Download)

Every digital kit purchased from our shop includes a “Single-User Personal License”.

 ·         What’s Included:** You may download, save, and print the files as many times as you like for your own personal creative projects, quiet time, prayer journals, scrapbooks, and art journals.

·         Important:** This license is for one individual. Original digital files (ZIPs, PDFs, JPEGs) may never be shared, emailed, posted online, or transferred to others.

2. Selling Completed Physical Journals (Small-Batch Resale)

We love supporting independent makers and shop owners! You are welcome to sell finished, physical handcrafted journals or altered books that incorporate our printed papers, provided you follow these guidelines:

 ✅ ALLOWED

·         Add Your Own Creative Voice:** Your finished journal must be a unique, one-of-a-kind creation. You must add significant artistic transformation—such as your own selection of fabrics, lace, stitching, vintage ephemera, and personal layering.

·         Use Our Decorative Papers & Ephemera:** You MAY use our background papers, faith windows, frames, tags, and physical decorative elements to create and sell blank or general prayer journals.

❌ NOT ALLOWED

·         No Reselling Written Bible Studies: You MAY NOT print and bind our original written Bible studies, devotional guides, or study prompts inside a physical journal created for sale. Written study guides are protected under author copyright as teaching resources.

·         No Exact Video Tutorial Duplicates:You may not assemble a kit exactly as shown step-by-step in our YouTube tutorial videos and sell it as a duplicate sample. Tutorials are for personal learning and inspiration.

·         No Unaltered Printed Packs: You cannot sell flat printed kit pages, loose ephemera packs, collage sheets, or paper packs by themselves. The artwork must be fully incorporated into a completed physical journal.

A Note on Sermon Notes & Third-Party Research:

Just like my written Bible studies, printed articles from third-party ministry websites (such as “GotQuestions.org”), sermon notes, and published commentaries are protected by copyright. While you are encouraged to print and tuck these resources into your “personal” study journals, third-party study materials should never be included in journals created for commercial resale. Keep resale journals open as a blank canvas for your buyer's own spiritual journey!

3. Teaching, Small Groups & Retreats (Group License)

Encouraging you to share your faith and gather in community is at the very heart of our studio! If God has put it on your heart to teach a Bible study or host a group, we want to make it as easy and affordable as possible.

If you wish to teach one of our written studies or use a digital kit with a “small group, Sunday school class, church retreat, or workshop” a “1-Kit Group License” is required.

If your journal includes one of my Bible studies under a purchased sharing license, please also include:

“This journal includes copyrighted Bible study content from Faithart Design Studio, shared with permission through a purchased license. The original Bible study content remains the property of Faithart Design Studio.”

These acknowledgments help protect the original Bible study content while also letting your customers know the source of the faith-based resources included in your handmade journal.

How the Group License Works:

1. One License Per Event:Each Group License applies to “one specific kit” for “one group event”.

2. Easy Purchase:Add the Group License to your cart alongside (or in addition to) your digital kit.

3. Specify Your Kit: Leave a note at checkout or send us a message specifying the exact kit title you will be using.

4. Receive Your Certificate: You download the PDF Group License, for your official records.

5. Print for Your Attendees:The Group License permits you to print physical paper copies of both the artwork and the full written study for every participant in your single group session.

4. Strict Prohibitions (Digital Files & Mass Production)

Across ALL licenses (Personal, Resale, and Group):

·         No Digital File Sharing:Digital files may “NEVER” be distributed electronically. You may not email original files, upload them to shared drives (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud), share them in social media groups, or distribute PDFs digitally to workshop participants. All group sharing must be done via physical, printed paper copies.

·         No Print-on-Demand (POD): Uploading our artwork, written studies, or designs to Print-on-Demand sites (Zazzle, Redbubble, CafePress, Spoonflower, etc.) or commercial mass-production services is strictly prohibited.
